The coffee morning will be starting up again on 3rd August. It will take place in the Chapel, from 10.00 am to 12.00 pm. Everyone is welcome, residents, visitors, walkers etc. There is no charge, but donations are welcomed. So please come along for a ‘coffee and a chat’. Look forward to seeing you all soon.

There will be a Defibrillator and Life Support, training evening, in the Chapel, on Wed. 27th July at 7.00 pm. This is open to everyone, it is free, and it is hoped that it will be well attended.
Due to the ‘Ash die-back’ disease, you will have noticed that 3 trees, on the Green, have been taken away by the Peak Park. So as part of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations, the Parish Council has purchased 2 new trees to replace these.
There will be an official, tree planting ceremony, on Saturday 4th June at 2.00pm, to which everyone is invited.
We are hoping that people attending this and the Church events, will gather together on the green, and, weather permitting, bring along their own picnic, to enjoy with family and friends. Here’s hoping we have a lovely village celebratory day. God Bless the Queen .
THERE WILL BE A VILLAGE TIDY-UP, litter picking etc. 24th July at 10.30, for 1-2 hours, meeting at the Chapel. Equipment is provided. Please come along, and bring family and friends, to help us make this a success. For further information contact Ian Saunders on 01298 83363.
